About This Project

To relaunch L’OR Espresso Coffee Capsules and showcase their new, recyclable, aluminium design, our team of happily caffeine-fuelled Brand Ambassadors carried out in-store tastings across New Zealand.

The 130 sessions resulted in an average sale conversion rate of 35%, an impressive result considering not all customers owned a compatible coffee machine.
