About This Project

Our lovely Schwarzkopf brand ambassadors showcased a range of Extra Care treatments to consumers in supermarkets around New Zealand. A total of Eighty-five instore sampling sessions were undertaken throughout the campaign period.

The message to consumers was the importance of a regular third step in their hair care routine – the ‘treatment step’ after shampoo and conditioner.

Each ambassador was equipped with a branded uniform, tote bag, $3 off vouchers, gifts with purchase and sample stock to allow customers to smell, touch and try the products.

Ambassadors walked around the stores sampling products while continuing to keep an eye on product sales and encourage on the spot purchases.

Sales were consistent throughout the campaign with a 21% conversion rate!
